Retro Rum & Raisin Brownies as a Father’s Day Gift

Announcing our June ‘Flavour of the Month’ – Rum & Raisin Brownies… perfect as a Father’s Day gift!

Dads are so hard to buy for, but these will definitely be a lovely surprise.  Plus the real bonus is you might get to share!

We soak a generous bowl of raisins overnight in Captain Morgan rum, then add the plump, delicious raisins to the brownie mixture before baking.

This is the second time we’ve used this flavour for Father’s Day, the last time being two years ago, and they were extremely popular.
