My name is Anita and I bake your chocolate brownies.

Say It With Brownies is run from a bespoke brownie kitchen in a small village called Shorwell on the Isle of Wight. It’s truly beautiful here on the island and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

When I’m not running Say It With Brownies, I love to spend time with my husband Daryl and my three horses Ginger, Po and Finn. My hobby is learning to show jump, which thrills and terrifies me in equal measures. We often spend fun weekends at competitions, both on the island and across the water. I also quite enjoy a glass or two of sparkling wine, cooking, reading and spending the evening with Netflix.

Say It With Brownies was born back in 2011 when I gave up my marketing job and moved to the island in order to turn an idea into a business. I have loved every minute of it and haven’t looked back. My favourite aspects are the freedom and challenge of running my own business and the opportunities for creativity. Say It With Brownies is a part of my life and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Most evenings I post a photo of the evening’s baking on Facebook and Instagram so you’ll be able to see your brownies cooling off.

It’s important to me that only the finest ingredients are used when making my delicious chocolate brownies to ensure the highest quality. There are absolutely no short cuts or compromises, ever.

Every single brownie is handmade to order by me. I never make brownies in advance and they are always posted the morning after baking. 

The presentation of your gift is extremely important, and I take time and care to make sure each pack looks beautiful.

Your brownies are delivered by Royal Mail and there is a choice of three different postage options. Tracked24 is free delivery and the most popular option. Both the six and twelve packs of brownies are letterbox friendly. It couldn’t be easier to have a delivery of brownies for any occasion such as a birthday, to say thank you or get well soon.

You can choose up to four different flavours for your brownies delivery, from a choice of eighteen mouth watering options. I always have a ‘Flavour of the Month’ which changes to suit the season. 

I can also provide corporate gifts and these keep me very busy every December.
