Our Privacy Policy

Financial details entered onto this site during the payment process will not be stored or retained by Say It With Brownies.

We receive your name and address, email address and phone number if you enter these details. If you want this data deleted please contact us and this will be done.  No information is ever passed on to third parties. No information is ever used for marketing. Payment Method

We use PayPal for all transactions and it allows you to pay either through your PayPal account, with a debit or credit card, or using Apple Pay or Google Pay.  You do not need a PayPal account.  If you would rather pay by bank transfer or by cheque, contact us and this can be arranged. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we cannot give refunds if costs have been incurred. Also an alternative date can be arranged for your delivery of brownies if you find out that the recipient will be away.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your brownies, let us know immediately and we will give you a full no-quibble refund.
