Posh Marshmallow Brownies

Our October ‘Flavour of the Month’ is Marshmallow brownies… but not just any old marshmallows! These are posh marshmallows covered in chocolate. With a variety of flavours to choose from, I opted for the raspberry and vanilla ones. I’ve also eaten my way through a pack of the orange flavoured marshmallows in the name of research, but these were my two favourites. What could be better than some Posh Marshmallow Brownies delivered to your door?

Each brownie has a piece of raspberry and a piece of vanilla marshmallow. Having just eaten a Marshmallow brownie for breakfast, I can confirm that it is truly yummy! The chocolate which encases the marshmallow gives a satisfying crunch and the brownie is soft and rich. These will be available to order through the month of October, so don’t miss out.
