Vegan Brownies

I’ve been having a bit of fun this afternoon and finally did something that I’ve been meaning to do for about three years… I made some vegan brownies! 

Tomorrow I’ll be doing the all-important taste test to see what I think. I picked a recipe that seems to be quite popular, and made a couple of little changes. I tried not to meddle too much for the first attempt but there’s definitely another tweak I’d like to try. 

I added some oreo cookies (which are vegan) for some crunchy texture. I’ve also got some lovely vegan chocolate honeycomb which would work really well. 

So my question is, what interest would there be in them? The vegan brownies probably be priced the same as normal brownies – £27.99 for twelve.

I don’t see myself adding them to my website at the moment, but I’d offer them on an ad hoc basis through my Facebook page.
