A Day in the Life at the Brownie Bakery 

Morning Aromas: 

The day begins early at Say It With Brownies, as the aroma of freshly baked brownies fills the air. We start by packing up the day’s brownies into their gift boxes. Each package is carefully wrapped with a colourful ribbon and personalised gift card message. Once all the brownies are wrapped and packed, they are taken to the post office so they can make their journey to the lucky recipient.

The Baking Magic: 

Our brownies are lovingly handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Each ingredient is measured with precision, and the brownie mix is mixed until it’s just right – not too thick, not too thin. Our baker, Anita, takes pride in crafting the perfect brownie, and she’s an expert at it. The brownies are prepped using only the finest ingredients, including 70% Belgian chocolate, butter, free range eggs and a couple of secrets that give our brownies their signature taste. The kitchen is a hub of activity as batches of brownie goodness are created.

Flavourful Variety: 

Did you know that we offer seventeen different brownie flavours? From classic options like Plain and White Chocolate Chip to more exotic choices like Lindt Salted Caramel Chocolate and Chocolate Orange, there’s a brownie flavour for everyone. We carefully select and combine the ingredients to create these diverse taste experiences. 

The Packaging Process: 

Once the brownies are baked to perfection, they’re cooled and then meticulously packaged. We believe that presentation matters, and each pack is lovingly assembled to look beautiful. Whether it’s a gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself, we want the experience to be special from the moment you lay eyes on it.

Letterbox-Friendly Brownies: Did you know that our brownie packs are designed to fit through your letterbox? We want to make receiving brownies as convenient as possible, so you don’t have to wait around for a delivery or make a special journey to collect your parcel.
