Return customers are my favourite type of customers

I love to get return customers and most of my orders come this way. Indeed word of mouth has always been the engine of Say It With Brownies, and I’m always delighted when I receive an order and I recognise the name as someone who has just received a parcel of brownies from me as a gift. When this happens I know for sure that my handmade chocolate brownies were well received and were a great success. Of course this makes me very happy!

That said, I was still very pleasantly surprised to get this email from a customer with a very long memory today.

“My younger brother bought me your brownies for my 30th Birthday (8 years ago) and it truly was such a memorable gift. It was my first thought to send as a Thank-you to a friend recently so I am hugely grateful for you taking consideration into the delivery requirements. A beautiful, bespoke service.”

That’s a long time! I’m so happy that this lady has remembered Say It With Brownies and she has ordered again. It was also lovely that she sent me an email to tell me this. It really made my day after a very busy week making Valentine’s Day brownies. Just what I needed!
