Oven Cleaning Day for the Brownie Oven

At 7.45 this morning, the team from Oven Wizards were here, ready to restore the oven that I use to bake the brownies to a pristine state.

I keep this oven just for the brownies and it has three shelves so I can bake three trays of brownies at once.

While the brownies don’t exactly make the oven dirty, once a year I make sure that it is professionally cleaned to keep hygiene standards as high as possible. It’s like an oven spa day!

In just an hour, the wizards worked their magic. The oven emerged gleaming and just like new, ready for duty.

I can’t wait to start baking again!
