In recent years, Biscoff has captured the hearts (and taste buds) of dessert fans worldwide. Its irresistible taste and slightly addictive nature make it a standout favourite. Recognising its popularity, I’ve featured Biscoff Brownies as the ‘Flavour of the Month’ on several occasions. However, the time has come for this crowd-pleaser to take its rightful place as a permanent fixture on the Say It With Brownies menu.

Introducing Our Eighteenth Flavour: Biscoff

As of last week, Biscoff has officially become the eighteenth flavour option available to my customers. Since its debut, it has soared in popularity, quickly becoming my top selling flavour.

Crafting the Perfect Biscoff Brownie

I start by folding a generous spoonful of Biscoff spread into my signature brownie batter, ensuring that every bite is infused with its distinctive biscuity essence. But I don’t stop there. To elevate the indulgence, I crown each brownie with a generous extra spoonful of Biscoff spread. This creates a luscious golden caramel topping that’s simply divine.

A Harmonious Addition to the Say It With Brownies Flavour Family

I believe that Biscoff Brownies complement the existing array of flavours beautifully. When you place an order, whether it’s for a letterbox friendly dozen or six pack, you have the freedom to mix and match up to four different flavours. Pairing suggestions for Biscoff Brownies include Chunky Vanilla Fudge, the classic caramel Rolos, the indulgent Lindt Salted Caramel Chocolate, the creamy White Chocolate Chip or the luxurious Lindor Truffles.
