Back from Crete and Ready to Bake! 🍫✈️

After ten beautiful, sun-soaked days in Elounda, Crete, I’m finally back — while it was amazing, I’ve missed my oven and my life here (ok my horses!!) more than I ever thought possible.

Elounda was everything I hoped it would be: peaceful beaches, warm sea, incredible Greek food, blue skies and sunshine, and that perfect holiday feeling where time slows down just enough. But while the rest and relaxation were lovely, there’s nothing quite like coming home and slipping back into my apron, surrounded by the rich smell of chocolate and the gentle hum of a busy kitchen.

Now that I’m home, Say It With Brownies is officially back in action! I’m rested, recharged, and excited to get baking again. Whether you’re sending a thoughtful gift to a loved one, treating yourself (because you absolutely deserve it), or celebrating a birthday, new job, or just because, I’m here and ready to whip up your favourite brownie gift packs.

Orders are open and I’ve got plenty of gooey, fudgy goodness waiting to be made — from my classic chocolate brownies to indulgent mixed boxes with all your favourite handmade flavours. Every box is baked fresh, wrapped with care, and sent straight from my kitchen to your door.
