March ‘Flavour of the Month’: Indulgent Easter Brownies

Easter is a time of joy and celebration (and for many a few days off work or school!), and what better way to celebrate than with my special Easter ‘Flavour of the Month’? Again this year, I’m bringing you something truly indulgent – my Creme Egg and Mini Eggs Brownies.

A Treat Like No Other

Each of my brownies is a treat like no other. Imagine biting into a rich, gooey brownie, only to find a surprise inside – a quarter of a Creme Egg baked right into it. The creamy fondant centre of the Creme Egg melts into the brownie, creating a gooey, decadent treat that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

But that’s not all. After baking, I place two Mini Eggs on top of each brownie. These add a delightful crunch and an extra burst of chocolatey goodness to every bite.
