Exciting Plans for Say It With Brownies in May

I have exciting plans ahead! This last week I’ve briefed my fantastic brownies photographer and my website agency. Something new is coming to Say It With Brownies.

This is year thirteen of running the business and I’ve made a few changes over the years.

Firstly in 2017, I changed the brownie gift box to letterbox friendly sizing. This meant no more annoying trips to the local Royal Mail collection facility for my customers. Life became so much easier for everyone!

A little later in 2019, I introduced mixed boxes of brownies, allowing customers to pick and mix up to four flavours. This was a big change as it gave customers a lot more choice. It also had a big impact on how I made the brownies as I had to be able to manage so many configurations of flavours. It didn’t take too long for me to get organised and to my knowledge I’ve never confused any orders!

In the autumn of 2023, I changed my free postage offer from Royal Mail first class to Royal Mail Tracked24. While this costs me a little bit more money, the service is so much better. Customers now receive email communications from Royal Mail so they know exactly when the parcel is going to be delivered.

Now for something really exciting!

I can’t reveal it yet, but coming in May is quite a big change which many of you will really love. I hope that it will take Say It With Brownies to more people, making the brownies more affordable and accessible. To add to this, there are a couple of other little surprises which will be lots of fun.
