New Photography for Say It With Brownies

I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I have some exciting things happening in May. The process kicked off yesterday with getting some new photography done for Say It With Brownies. I spent a really fun and creative morning at my brownie photographer’s studio. I use the very talented Holly Jolliffe and she kindly took some lovely new shots for the Say It With Brownies website. Holly is based in Ryde on the Isle of Wight, not far from here in Shorwell. She specialises in home, garden and food photography so is the perfect person to take some brownie photos.

We began the photography session with some pictures of single brownies. This was very detailed work and Holly spent ages making sure that the photographs were absolutely perfect. Then we moved on to the packaging shots that I need. Some of these were absolutely beautiful and full of colour and vibrancy. Finally we did a few ‘random’ shots so I have some pretty images to use on Social Media.

Preparing for the photographic shoot took a long time and lots of planning. It involved meticulously making up gift boxes and planning out which flavours of brownies to photograph. I was a little over prepared and took far too many brownies with me. Luckily Holly and my website team were more than happy to take the spare brownies off my hands (though I do admit to keeping a few ‘samples’ to test myself!!!)

In around three weeks time I’m making several changes to the Say It With Brownies proposition. I’d love to spill the beans now but I’ll save it all for the big launch. I’m hoping to go live week commencing 20th May. So please do watch this space.

I will share one new photo with you as it doesn’t give too much away. I can’t wait to reveal everything, but it won’t be long now. The countdown is on!
