Raspberry and White Chocolate Chip Brownies

Every month I like to have a different guest flavour, which I call the ‘Flavour of the Month’. For September I have a real crowd pleaser – Rasberry and White Chocolate Brownies.

Each brownie has a generous helping of Belgian White Chocolate chunks and freeze-dried raspberry pieces baked inside. In addition to this, a good handful of white chocolate chips are sprinkled on top of the brownies before baking and these gently caramelise for a gorgeous, rich caramel flavour.
